Independent Study Mentorship, or ISM is an opportunity for ambitious highschool students to explore their choice of career field and gain first-hand, real-world experience under the guidance of a chosen mentor. Students conduct research individually, and hold interviews in order to select a mentor. ISM provides multiple opportunities for students to seize and grow not only as a working professional, but also as a stronger individual in the community.
